Aditya Rao is the Managing Director and Vice Chairman for Pennar Industries. He has been instrumental in growing the company’s revenue and profitability over the past four years. He has worked on creating and implementing the company’s growth strategy, organization structure, controls and team building. His mandate is to create a perpetual growth company with business units that continually scale revenue and profitability along with rigorous risk management controls. His current stated priorities for the company are an improvement in the company’s market capitalization backed with a continuation of consistent, sustainable EPS growth.

Business Unit Head (Tech Pennar)
Suman KV is the Founder and Business unit head of the Services wing at Pennar Industries who is a Mechanical engineer by graduation and an IIM Calcutta Alumni. He is an Intrapreneur responsible for implementation of Business strategy and taking Engineering services and Solutions arm of Pennar Industries into amplified heights with new international relations and establishing a strong culturally integrated work environment at Tech Pennar. He is an outdoor sports lover and is passionate towards building professional network with lot of people.
